1.Application
The vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace is mainly used for rapid solution treatment of aluminum wheel hub, aluminum casting and various aluminum alloy standard parts. This process is also called T6 heat treatment. After the holding stage is over, the transfer speed of workpiece is less than 10 seconds.

3.Structure introduction
The structure of the vertical quenching heat treat furnace is provided with a hot air circulation channel and a mixing fan to make the hot air in the furnace circulate directionally under the action of the guide plate. At the end of heat preservation, the temperature difference inside the furnace is ≤± 3 ℃.
The quenching water tank is placed directly below the heating furnace, so as to shorten the quenching transfer time of the workpiece and improve the solid solution quality of the workpiece.
The access of workpiece rack and the opening and closing of furnace door are electrically controlled, which is convenient to operate.The action room is equipped with interlocking device, which is reliable.The main body of the vertical aluminum alloy quenching heat treatment furnace is the heating furnace with the vertical furnace door at the lower end. The heating element is placed on the inner furnace wall. The inner side of the wall is equipped with a flexible door plate, which forms an air circulation channel with the inner wall. The top of the furnace is equipped with an axial flow fan and channel structure with large air volume to form a hot air circulation system.The heat treatment furnace bottom door consists of four walking wheels and a driving mechanism to form an opening and closing device. The furnace bottom door and the heating furnace shell are sealed with sand. The entry and exit of the workpiece rack into and out of the furnace is realized by the lifting device. It is composed of a hook in the furnace, a hanging rod connected through an annular chain and a winch outside the furnace.A loading trolley is arranged on the ground level rail, which can load and unload the parts in the loading basket.
Vertical aluminum alloy quenching T6 heat treatment furnace features are:
1) Vertical structure and top mounted heating elements, easy to install and replace;
2) strong circulation high-pressure fan with large air volume and remarkable effect, with temperature difference of ± 3 ~ 5 ℃.
3) The quenching transfer time can be adjusted within 5 ~ 10s without obvious swing and vibration;
4) PID regulates the furnace temperature and alarms the upper and lower limits. It can be controlled by computer and has the function of networking.
