Energy Saving Convenient Electric Resistance Metal Melting Furnace
1. Application
The metal melting furnace with silicon rod as heating element
is a new type melting furnace suitable for
die casting operation or waste recycling. It has a higher
melting efficieny, and a better heat preservation effect.
2. Characteristics
2.1 The metal electric melting furnace adopts the quality silicon rod as heating
element, and it has a
max working temperature of 1100℃. The heating element could be easily
replaced without stopping the furnace.
The liquid leak doesn’t affect the heating element.
2.2 The metal electric melting furnace lining is composed of the high grade
mullite heat preservation bricks,
which has a good heat preservation effect and a fast temperature rising speed.
The wall temperature rise is ≤ 40℃.
2.3 The metal electric melting furnace adopts the Taiwan brand temperature
controller with PID control.
The temperature control accuracy reaches ±5℃.
2.4 The metal electric melting furnace is equipped with one thermal couple
protected by the silicon nitride
outer pipe, and this thermal couple could directly measure the aluminum liquid.
2.5 The metal electric melting furnace is equipped with liquid leak alarm,
over-temperature alarm and other
functions to ensure the safety of equipment and operation.
2.6 The metal electric melting furnace is suitable for die casting operation.
2.7 The electric melting furnace is suitable for melting zinc, lead, aluminum, etc.

4. Post Sales Service
Product warranty period: 1 year. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing
the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by wrong
operations by the workers are not included. (Easy-worn parts are not included in the warranty.)
